Timescales & Quality of Services
We would aim to meet the following timescales with regards to
the provision of our quality services:
The returning of telephone calls. |

The issuing of standard letters. |
Within 24 hours of the request |
The issuing of non - standard letters. |
Within 2 working days of the request |
The issuing of Contracts of Employment. |
Within 10 working days following the receipt of the notification of appointment details |
The issuing of changes to contracted hours, working weeks, maternity issues, etc. |
Within 5 working days following the receipt of the formal notification |
The issuing of standard model Policies. |
Within 24 hours of the request. |
The issuing of amended / updated Policies, Procedures & Consultation Documents etc. |
Within 10 working days – 5 working days for any research and 5 working days for writing / amending / updating Policies, Procedures etc . |
Response to a request for a site visit. |
The visit to take place normally within 5 working days. |
Meeting any payroll deadlines specified by your external payroll provider. |
The information required by payroll to be in our possession at least 24 hours prior to the payroll deadline |
